For years I struggled with mental blocks, lack of confidence, lack of clarity, self doubt, confusion and not knowing what my purpose and calling was in life. It caused me to make some bad decisions and choices that caused hardship on my family and I. All of that started to change when I implemented certain spiritual, mental, emotional and physical processes into my life.
